Buenos Aires, November 19 (NA) -- Javier Fernández Lima confirmed that the family of Diego Fernández Lima has received the remains found 41 years later in a cottage in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Coghlan, and described the process as 'extremely tough'. Ahead of the November 26 hearing to appeal the dismissal of Cristian Graf, the accused of covering up the crime, the victim's brother stated in an interview with the Argentine News Agency that it is 'something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy'. The victim's family awaits a swift response from the justice system. Javier stated he 'needs' that reciprocity 'and society too', although he emphasized that it is still unknown if the appeal will be resolved promptly. Judge Alberto Litvack had dismissed Graf's case for 'non-existence of a crime' based on subsection 3 of article 336 of the Penal Code: 'The investigated fact does not fit a legal figure'. 'Today is a special day. After 41 years, I have been reunited with Diego.'
